Their core promise was delivering products that are both highly tested under EN Veterinary test protocols and user-friendly and economical.

G9 prides itself on its integrity, responsibility, knowledge, reliability, and unmatched customer service. The mission was clear: become a global reference in veterinary infection control and stand out distinctly in a crowded, competitive market.

The veterinary disinfectant market presents a unique opportunity for companies to distinguish themselves through transparent practices and information. G9 wanted to rise above the noise, setting themselves apart as a beacon of honesty, trust, and genuine product superiority.

The company’s unique value proposition emphasises proper testing, the absence of carcinogenic ingredients, and affordability. However, they faced challenges in brand recall due to competitors with multiple product names, making it hard for their products to be noticed and ordered consistently. They needed a unified brand image and strategy to resonate with their diverse customer base and leave a lasting impression.

A deep dive into G9’s ethos and market insights created a fresh and coherent brand identity. A new brand strapline encapsulated their values and mission. I streamlined the brand name to enhance its visibility and recall, ensuring G9’s product range would be easily recognised and ordered. The visual identity was redesigned to be more appealing and memorable, considering the end user’s experience and preferences. New packaging, exhibition stands, and product CGIs were created to harmonise with the brand’s core values.

By offering a unified and strong brand presence across all channels – print, digital, and social- G9 stands out for its product excellence, consistency, and clarity. Since the rebranding, G9 has seen enhanced customer loyalty and a marked increase in brand recall, solidifying its position in the market.
